2014 World Champion Cheese Contest, Fresh Mozzarella Class

Lioni’s Ovoline traditional fresh mozzarella cheese received a Silver Medal, scoring 99.40 out of 100 points. The largest international cheese and butter competition in the world evaluated over 2,615 cheeses from 22 countries for flavor, body, texture, salt, color, finish and packaging, as well as other technical attributes.
